The VRC-1000Y hydraulic valve remote control device consists of a console, a hydraulic pump station, a solenoid valve box, a hydraulic valve, an emergency manual pump and an emergency valve block. The device is powered by hydraulic oil and can control the valve remotely and centrally manually or automatically by computer. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable. It is suitable for remote opening and closing control of pipeline valves in various types of ships such as oil tankers, chemical tankers, oil platforms, and bulk carriers.

VRC-SVB solenoid valve box
The solenoid valve box is composed of a valve block group, an electromagnetic reversing valve, a pressure gauge, an emergency valve block, a stop valve, a quick connector, a pressure switch (optional), an opening indicator (optional), etc. The console controls the electromagnetic reversing valve to change the direction of the oil circuit, and the hydraulic actuator drives the opening and closing of the hydraulic valve.
