CG-Q Electric Actuator

Valve electric actuators are suitable for small and medium diameter butterfly valves, ball valves and other valves with 90° rotation and other similar equipment. As a stable and reliable quarter-turn actuator, it can be adapted to the needs of different control systems and different working environments. The integrated design of the transmission mechanism makes the product smaller in size and simple in appearance. Safe and reliable manual design, fully automatic manual/electric switching without the need to switch handles. Good protection level can meet the needs of various designs: explosion-proof type, integral switch type, integral adjustment type.

Main technical parameters

1. Power supply: The motor is three-phase AC380V/50Hz. The control is two-phase AC AC220V/50Hz (ExdIⅢIBT4). Optional power supply: AC220~440V, 50, 60Hz (please specify when ordering)

2. Ambient temperature: -20℃~+60℃, optional temperature: -40℃~+70℃

3. Relative humidity: no more than 95% (at 25℃)

4. Working environment: The ordinary type is used in places without flammable, explosive and strongly corrosive media; the explosion-proof type is used in explosive gas mixtures of IA and IIB classes T1-T4.

5. Protection level: IP65IP:65

6. Motor working system: rated running time is 10 minutes. Class F insulation.
